The Hart Beat newspaper is the newest alternative to San Antonio's legal community when it comes to publishing notice. Since the original Daily Commercial Recorder was acquired by the Hearst Corporation and absorbed by the Express News, the primary focus of The Hart Beat is to grow a locally owned and operated newspaper that provides great service while holding San Antonio's rates for legal notices in check. It complies with the guidelines as set forth in Texas Gov't. Code Ann. §2051.044 (a) (Vernon Supp. 2005). Guidelines

The Hart Beat offers the community 17 years of training and experience in publishing legal notices for the Bexar County legal community providing the expertise and attention to detail which cannot be obtained elsewhere. Available by subscription , The Hart Beat is published three days a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. It is easily accessible to the public as single copies are available at two UPS Store locations.
