A Notice to Creditors is customarily published in the administration of an Estate. The Hart Beat wants to offer its assistance to you and your client in complying with the administration of an Estate in accordance Probate Code, Title 52, Chapter 18, Art. 3502, Revised Civil Statutes 1925.
Please completely fill out the form below. We will prepare our standard form as approved by the Bexar County Probate Courts, and return the publisher's affidavit and clipping to your office for filing. Prepayment is not necessary, your account will be billed the $60 publication fee and an invoice will accompany the affidavits via first class mail to the return address shown in the notice.
