The Hart Beat newspaper provides San Antonio's legal community with the most reliable and affordable means for publishing legal notice. Founded in 1962 in Hart, Texas, The Hart Beat was purchased and moved to San Antonio in 2008 by SA Legal News, L.L.C. It is the only qualifying paper in Bexar County which is both locally owned and operated for legal notice. The Hart Beat is certified by SCTRCA as a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) and a Woman Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) as well as being a member of the Texas Press AssociationTexas Press Association. It is our goal to provide an excellent product with outstanding service. The Hart Beat complies with the guidelines as set forth in Texas Gov't. Code Ann. § 2051.044 (a) (Vernon Supp. 2005). Legal Notices: The Hart Beat offers the San Antonio community over 48 years of training and experience in the newspaper business and the publishing of legal notices. Our expertise and attention to detail cannot be obtained elsewhere. Available by subscription, The Hart Beat is published three days a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. It is easily accessible to the public as single copies are available at three locations.

Business Leads: The Hart Beat provides the San Antonio business community with the most reliable, up-to-date business leads available. We provide current lists of assumed names (dba's), sales tax permits (with phone numbers), marriages and home sales each week compiled from the public records at the Bexar County Court House. This information offers an effective and affordable way to help you reach your most likely customers. Your subscription to The Hart Beat includes weekly prospect lists in easy-to-use spreadsheets delivered directly to your e-mail.

Storage Auctions: In accordance with Texas statute, storage facilities must publish notice at least 15 days prior to the dates of their auctions. The Hart Beat publishes most of the auctions for the San Antonio area and provides subscribers with a weekly quick reference guide.
